1、 Product Decription

2、Detailed technical introduction
a）Add the proportion
With D2W ™ technology made adding masterbatch, can be directly add polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) and its mixture,
usually to add 1% ~ 3%, adding ratio depends on the purpose of the product.D2W ™ environmental degradation masterbatch added proportion is low,
the final product (plastic bags) of mechanical properties and physical properties, in its life cycle are unchanged.
b）The degradation principle
D2W ™ is a biological decomposition technique, oxygen in the presence of oxygen (O2), with the sun (Sunlight), thermal (Heat), pressure (Stress),
and other factors, the degradation process can start.Plastic for hydrocarbons, carbon atoms and carbon atoms with covalent bonding,
forming long carbon bond, high molecular weight.For example, polyethylene has a molecular weight of 300,000 g/mole,
water has a molecular weight of 18g/mole, and carbon dioxide has a molecular weight of 44g/mole. This technology breaks the covalent bonds between carbon bonds, reduces the molecular weight of plastics, and decomposes them into fragments.
After the process of oxidative degradation, the plastics are eventually converted into water, CO2 and Biomass, which are broken down by microorganisms.
The process is nearly free of pollution and has no negative impact on the naturalecology.It also contains stabilizers designed to control the life cycle of the product.,
